Hi,
Actually if the client cancelled the payment transaction, they will just have to discontinue and click on your website home page link to get back to your website.
While in the Paypal screen, there is no link or option to go to another website page.
So, the option to go back to JotForm or to your website instead is not available on the Paypal payment screen.
As far as I know the possibility to get back to the JotForm Thank You page by clicking the link is ONLY AVAILABLE when Payment transaction is successful, not for cancelled transaction.
Successful Paypal payment transaction usually have this screen result.
Hope this help. Inform us if you need more assistance.
Thanks.

It is possible to return to the website from the paypal screen should you
decide not to proceed with transaction.
I have attached a screen shot and circled the area that you click to return.
I regularly use paypal myself and have used this functionality from time to
time. It allows me to return back to the website and provides continuity
for the customer.
At this moment, my site is not user friendly as it returns to the jotform
losing all other functionality/web menu etc..
Any thoughts on how to correct this?
Thanks
Jodie
