is there a way to customize / create a clickable terms and conditions check box with disclaimer that functions like the attached website's disclaimer vs linking to another page?

Hello BeckLawPC,
Have you checked our "Terms & Conditions" widget already? This is very similar but the only difference is that the clickable link opens a new window and the in web page you have shared displays the content just below that.
Do get back to us if you want to achieve exactly the same and we will send a feature request to our back end team.
Thank you!

Hi! First, let me say that I love Jotform. You guys are VERY responsive.
Yes, the terms and conditions widget is what I was pointing out. close, but no cigar. I really like how the disclaimer portion of the form functions on http://www.gha-lawfirm.com/ instead of opening a hyperlink to another page, it just opens up that box right there. Effective, and space saving. I think something like this would become very popular.

Unfortunately, this is not currently an option with JotForm. I have attached a feature request about the terms and conditions with the disclaimer option and forwarded it to our Development Team.
We will let you know once we have any updates on this.
