i cant find it anywhere but i was wondering if it is at all possible to use jotform to create a form that clients could access in a secure place (ill sort that bit out) where they can fill in some boxes which then outputs to a pre formated, pre published wordpress (or cms) page.

i want something so they can edit this network website we have built but dont want them to use the wordpress editor because it gives them too much power, and they wont keep things in the tables and things.  just having boxes that i can give them will make it simpler.

is there a plugin or such that could help me?

    Hello,

There is a plugin for WordPress that you can find here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/jotform-integration/

Also, you can find information about how you can add a form in WordPress here: http://www.jotform.com/help/4-Adding-Forms-to-Wordpress

And finally you can check out how to embed a form into WordPress.com here: http://www.jotform.com/help/299-How-to-Embed-Form-to-Wordpress-com

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

I'm sorry but I don't fully understand your question.

You want to allow your users to create/edit forms and then publish these forms using a CMS like WordPress?

If this is the case, I'm sorry but JotForm doesn't work that way.
They'll need to create and edit their forms using our system and then publish them in the CMS or web page.

Please clarify a bit more what you want to accomplish, maybe you can provide us an example of this scenario so we can provide a better answer.

    Thanks.

I dont think there are any examples of this anywhere.

I have some users who wish to update a single page on a wordpress website.  I dont want them to have access to the normal wordpress page editor because it might be too complicated.

I would like to solve this problem by creating a number of simple boxes they can just put text into

When submitted, these boxes would then appear onto the wordpress page that they would be editing.

do you see what i mean?

I understand that you want to update a WordPress website page using the data submitted through a JotForm. Unfortunately, it is not possible to publish to a WordPress webpage from the submission of JotForm. However, I am not sure if it helps you but it is possible to send submissions to MySQL database by using PHP and it would need a programming knowledge with PHP. Please refer to the guide below :

Also, please refer to the guide on How-to-Post-Submission-Data-to-Thank-You-Page
