Form conditions not working on embedded form

Hi,

I have a number of forms running off my wordpress site - all of which have conditions; (most forms are cloned) and none of them are working.

Under "a little about yourself" you are only supposed to see birthdate, are you currently pregnant, and do you have any children.  the rest must pop up according to answers.

When I view my forms in the jotform console everything works perfectly.

Can you please try to clear your browser cache and cookies, then re-check the form?
