UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.
If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.
Hi,
I'm sorry but I don't fully understand your question.
Did you sent an invite to the sub-user from your account? The form needs to be created using your paid account, then you can share the form with your sub-users and the paid account limits will apply to the shared form(s).
Please let us know if you have further questions.
Thanks.

Hi,
Your API does not support moving to folder. The CMS can create a form for a user but subuser can not edit the form until it is moved to subuser shared folder and this activity is not supported by API :(
Regards,
