i am writing because i uploaded a form onto our wordpress page and it has an automatic revolving slideshow.  the slideshow works fine, but every time the picture changes the screen flashes.  i'm not sure if this is an issue anyone has ever had before.  if there is something i can do to fix this, i would love to know what it is.

i would appreciate any help you can offer.

i will give you the link, but the page isn't posted, so it may not work.

    thanks in advance

    Hi Kat,

Does the problem only occur when it is embedded on the Wordpress website? Does the form works correctly when visited on its direct link?

The problem might be the form is not embedded correctly on the specific platform or a javascript conflict is happening making the slideshow flash when transitioning. You can check this tutorial or guide link that might help you, Which Form Embed Code to Use. We usually recommend iFrame code but please do try both embed code.

If you are using Wordpress, you can try using this guide Adding Forms to Wordpress.

Let us know if this helps.

    Thank you.

it does only occur on wordpress, if i follow the external link the page is fine.

i used your plugin to upload the form, so it should have been seamless.

We got a plugin that was posted by a Jotform fellow user. But it might have compatibility issues.

If you are using Wordpress.org version, We do recommend using this WP Plugin http://apps.jotform.com/app/form_generator_for_wordpress

If you are using Wordpress.com, then follow these instructions. http://www.jotform.com/blog/106-Wordpress-com-Now-Supports-JotForm-Forms

    Hi Kat,

I tried going to this page:

    http://www.globalelephants.org/every-elephant&acirc;&brvbar;rs-share-<br/>story/

but it gives me 404 error and from the looks of it, seem to be broken. Can you please tell us the exact link where the jotform is located so that we can take a look at it?

    Best Regards,
    Ben

It's not a published page yet, so I'm not sure how to give you access to it.  Any advice would be appreciated.

    thanks

Maybe you can temporarily publish the page just to allow us to check it?
Another option would be that you create a temporary user in WordPress that we can use to test the page in the Admin panel.

    Thank you.

Thank you for publishing the page.
I checked the slideshow and this is how I see it using Chrome.

Could you please let us know which browser and version are you using to see the page?
    Thank you.

Unfortunately, I don't have access to a Mac computer to test with right now.
I tested your page on my phone (which is Android) and was unable to see the blinking in it.

Do you have another computer that you can use to test the page? Also, you could try to use the iframe code of your form to see if it helps.

    Best Regards.
