What happens if someone enters handwriiten data on the fields in a form on a tablet type device with a stylus

Someone appears to have tried this, fortunately they printed the completed form and scanned it.

The form has a submission Date and Time in top left corner of the document, rather the Jotform form# that would appear an empty form is printed.

However no submission appears in Jotform for that Submission Date and Time?

    Advice and guidance please

I have attached a composite image if the top of form showing the date and time

plus a section of the form without data that would cause a privacy conflict showing field on form with the thick brackets around it with handwriting and little picture filled in.

    Hi Alex,

From what I understand here is, the user did NOT submit the form. This means that you were not able to get the submission data.

The form needs to be submitted so that you can receive the data.

So you need to tell the user to fill-in the form instead by answering the questions and then submit the form.

Hope this help. Tell us if there is more we can assist you with.

    Thanks.
