Remove JotForm

May I know what are you trying to remove? Do you want to delete a form or do you want to delete your JotForm account?

You can delete a form by going to "My Forms" then select the form and click the "Delete Button" above. You can also click the "More" and select "Delete".

The account can only be deleted by JotForm staff. Let us know if you like your account to be deleted.

Do you mean that you want to use your own email address instead of noreply@jotform.com in your notifiers/autoresponders?
