Hi kathy,
Yes it is possible. You need to create a Autoresponder email. Please follow these steps:
1. Click "Setup & Embed" then select "Email Alerts".
2. Under Email Alerts, select "Add New Email".
3. Select "Autoresponder" then click "Next".
4. Make sure that the "Recipient E-mail" is set to "Email" so that it will pull up the email that the customer put on the email field.
5. Then this is the email content of your user will received. You can edit it if you like but as you can see, there are corresponding {data} answers on it. Those {data} are the data that the user input on the respective fields.
6. You can click "Finish" and saved the form.
Hope the steps provided will help. Thank you!
