Previously saved forms will not save new data

I have several people working on forms for an Oct. 30th deadline. As of this afternoon, they are no longer able to save additional uploads to previously created forms.

I just tried creating a new form and after creating it, I am no longer able to upload any additional files.

    We need this fixed asap!

    Hi Natalie,

I made a test upload using your jotform http://www.jotform.ca/form/41954852996271 saved edit URL   and I was able to use the form just fine.

are you saying that you cannot submit/saved the jotform in this manner?

I did not proceed with the submission because it will disrupt your saved data. But if you will give permission I am sure I will be able to submit the form with my own edited and uploaded data on it.

Please inform us if issue persist.

    Thanks.

    Hi Jonathan,

Exactly. When I tried to save a form with an newly uploaded file and then went back into the form, the file was not saved. This was a universal problem for all my users.

I changed the upload buttons from the single file upload to a multi-file upload button and that seemed to fix the problem for now. I will let you know if I get any more reports from my users.

    Thanks!
