I am receiving email submissions of a form i created, however when I login and go to view the submissions, my form is missing from the list of ones i have created.

It is not on our website at this time; I am only emailing the following link to people when they ask for the form.

This is the code i got when I embedded it: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/42786306715965

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
