I could not replicate the same behavior on my end, could you let us know if this is happening on a specific browser? I have tried it in Chrome and FireFox, please try clearing your browser's cache, let us know what happens.

    Hi,

I also was able to reproduce the issue on my end. When I checked the jotform http://www.jotform.me/form/42975276830464  in your website, the captcha field did not load completely and just keeps on churning.

Can you please try re-embedding the jotform using its iframe embed code instead.

    Follow this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

Inform us if issue remains even after doing this.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

Probably using iframe is working good on desktop, But I think its not responsive for mobile devices. The date box go beyond the page scope horizontally.

    Also the Clear Form Button.

Can  you please help me with this?

    Regards,

    Benoit

The iFrame embedding option will solve the code conflict issues. You may try adding the Mobile Responsive widget to see if it solves the mobile devices responsive issue.

If not it is necessary to inspect the website's source code with the form embed, using the embed option, to try to detect the cause of the conflict.

Let us know if the problem persists.

    Thank you

Probably in iFrame mode the mobile responsive widget didnt helped.

So, I tried Embed mode of JotForm but problem with it is scrollbar doesnt comes.

    See this page http://en.transportjfmillette.ca/test/

Embed mode works perfectly. But i need something so that I can scroll down to the form

    Hi,

I checked the jotform http://www.jotform.me/form/42975276830464 on the website

and I could see it is now working properly after using the iframe embed code

Captcha and Required filed JS takes infinite time to load Image 1 Screenshot 20

I also checked this on mobile browser, and it has the same output as the desktop.

I understand the form is not mobile responsive, but I think even the website page is also not  mobile browser compatible. So, the mobile browser behavior cannot be attributed only to the form since it is embedded on the website.

If you will use the jotform direct URL and not embed on the website, it will work just fine on mobile browser.

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance.

    Thanks.
