Accordion Feature? - Adding Form Collapse tool to the jotform

Asked on October 30, 2014 at 12:07 AM

I would like to add the accordion feature found on the link below:

    www.jotform.us/form/43018128844151

    To the form below:

    www.jotform.com//?formID=42774936708165

Specifically, I would like the personal, delivery information to be first at top and then Next and Back Button option is given at bottom(page break). If next is chosen, they will see accordion style of Grocerie sub-titles (Bread & Baking Goods,Breakfast,Beverages,Can Goods & Non-Perishables, etc) which each then opens up to grocery items already shown.

This accordion feature will shorten the page layout and optimize space and navigational ease.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

You already have the form collapse tool to this form: http://www.jotform.us/form/43018128844151, you can add the same Form Collapse to the first form.

For example: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43022675865964. Is this how you want it to be?

    Thank you!

    Welvin,
This is 98% correct. However, we need the submit and back button present at bottom of form so its present no matter what category or accordion that select/deselect.
Currently, the submit form button only appears at the very bottom of the very last choice which is Health & Beauty.
Also, please place Choose Your Items at the very top of the Accordion page.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

To do that you can simply add another Form collapse to your jotform right above the submit button and set its visibility to hidden and status to open. This in turn makes it shown while the Form Collapse tool is not shown to your visitors.

You can see it in action here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43023610499957

I have started adding the Form Collapse from the bottom so that you can see how it works with the submit button shown, but I think that you are probably looking to hide the big categories instead? Not sure, but it will still show you how it can be done and we will be happy to help you if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

You are correct in that I would like to hide the big categories so that all the sub-titles appear unopened or uncollapsed. Please make that adjustment ASAP.
    The submit button looks fine.

    Hi,

It is always best to add the changes yourself since you know what sections should be changed.

I have added the breaks as I think that they should go, but if they are not OK you can just move up or down the Form Brake widgets.

You can see the changes here http://form.jotformpro.com/form/43024472204948

    Great.
How can I duplicate this form or have it placed in my inbox?
    Thanks
