The form and fields are very wide for some reason

After editing form in Form Designer the fields are very wide.

Also how would i go about shortening the width of the form. when i open the form in a new tab the input fields are too big, i would like to shorten them

The form and fields are set to 100% width due to enabled Responsive Form option. In order to fix this, please set the Responsive Form to 'No' through the form Preferences.
