    Hi,

If you are looking for to make a complex filter that involves specific values or a couple of columns, I believe the feature in the "Submissions" and the "Reports" does not have this functionality.

This is what options we have, a "Submissions" and "Reports" option.

A.1 In your Submissions setting, you will see a gear icon, click it and you will see the available fields you can show/display.

A.2 Scroll down and you will see the list of submissions, you can then download it as an excel file and make the filters there.

B.1 For the Reports, you can add different types of them like grid listing to where it has built in sorting functions, like ascend and descend values.

If you are looking for a real time filtering and update on an excel sheet, you can use the Google Spreadsheet integration, from there you can add a complex filter just like what you do in an excel sheet.

You can check this guide we have for Google Spreadsheet Integration: http://www.jotform.com/help/228-How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet.

I hope this helps or gives you an idea. Let us know if you need further assistance on this.

    Thank you.
