I'm receiving incorrect payments in my form

Hello --

My form suddenly has a high number of incomplete payments and glitches.  The incomplete payments may very well be due to people stopping before completing the PayPal process, but the glitches have been of the variety that the wrong prices have been assigned to choices for registration and meals.  (Students who should be charged $15, for instance, being charged nothing.)  The form had been working fine earlier today (November 13th).

I see these odd entries coming into our mailbox and via PayPal, but I cannot duplicate them:  When I go into the form, the prices seem to be fine.

Any help you can give would be appreciated.

I encountered an issue when I test submitted the form in your website 

BUT it was fine when using the direct URL of the form http://www.jotform.us/form/42905958799175. When I test submitted, I was able to reach the Payapl payment screen

So I think the problem could be on the embedded form. 

Please try re-embedding the form again. Use its iframe embed code instead when re-embedding.

Inform us if issue still persist even after doing this.

Hmmm ... that's a different one.  I have, though, received successful submissions and payments this morning, with all amounts on the form filling in correctly, so I'm hoping that the problems were temporary.
