Configurable list does not function

    Hello,

    I have inserted a configurable list in a form (hotel info) using the corresponding widget. I have declared at least one row should be filled and have turned one of the fields to "required".

    Even so the whole configurable list (named " Room types description and allocation") does not function when the form is being run.

     

    Any ideas??

    Hi Michael,

    Can you please elaborate more how it is not working? Is there an error on the widget?

    I test your jotform http://www.jotformeu.com/form/42915048531352 and I could not reproduce the error on the widget yet.

    Please take note that if you add another option on the widget, you will also need to fill-in since the widget is set as *Required or mandatory.

    Hi Jonathan,
    Thanks for your reply. I have seen the form as attached in your email
    and it is working as you indicated. However please try to "preview"
    the form from the admin area and you will see it is not functioning.
    To be axact none of the fields on the configurable list object titled
    "room types description and allocation" appears, so it can not be
    filled.
    If something is not clear please do not hesitate to ask. I am
    attaching the picture for assistance.
    Any help will be appreciated.

    I am not sure if you are trying to submit the form in the preview tab. If so, the preview tab is to have a quick check how it looks like but it is not intended to test the submissions. If you are not referring to that, could you please explain more about it?

    I am sorry that we didn't receive the image. It seems that you have attached the image to reply of the email. Please be noted that images attached to email cannot be displayed in the forum. You can follow the steps provided in the guide below to attach the screenshot in the forum.

    Thanks for your reply.
    I was not trying to test the submissions from the preview, but to test the form. Since it seems not to be performing in "preview" ( for the specific configuarable list) , is sounds we have to finalize the form and run it for testing. Is that what we should do, or should preview perform exactly as in "real world"??

    As we check your JotForm, the configurable list is working fine from our end. When nothing is filled in the configurable list and tried submitting the JotForm it is showing the error.

    When the fields are filled, it is not displaying any error with the list.

    We should check our JotForm to test for any issues as it is shown to other users and submit it normally as they do it.
