jablocherAsked on November 18, 2014 at 9:59 PM
I created my account with the username jablocher, but it is really for a PTO website I'm managing (I created an expense form). I'd like to make it generic since I won't always be doing this, so I'd like to change the username so I can just pass the credentials on to the next person. Is that possible?
If not, is it possible to move a form (and the 4 submissions I have so far) to another account if I create a new one with a new username?

Hello jablocher,
Yes it is possible to change the account username but it can only be done by JotForm staff. Do get back to us with your desired username and if the username is still available we will do the needful.
It is also possible to transfer forms form one account to another but again it can only be done by JotForm staff. Do get back to us with the form you want to transfer and also the account username to which you want to transfer the form.
Thank you!

I replied to the email but didn't get a response. Should I post my username request here in the forum? I'd like it to be "wbschool" if possible. Thanks.
