Why are all of my Forms disabled???

    I have a free account.... As of 11/19/14 all of my forms have been disabled.

    Please explain and or correct issue... ASAP

    Hi Jack,

    Your jotforms and account have been disabled because of our anti-phishing system.

    I have corrected this mistake, so your account and forms are available again.

    Thanks for getting me back up and running. Now that I am aware of the automated "Phishing" feature within the JotForm system, I will be more careful with my wording, etc. I will reconfigure the form I think created the issue.

    Hi Jack,

    I see that you have already made the change to the jotform. It should not have caused the issue, but you have removed the right field.

    If you need it you can word it in a different manner and that should work properly - but should be working as it was as well.
