Forms sent via email

You just sent out a great email that talked about creating forms for Thanksgiving then emailing them out.  Great templates.

But, how do yo put them into an email to send to a bunch of people?

First perhaps you want to clone the form you chose.

Then to distribute a form via email the best way is to paste the form's url, which can be copied when previewing the form:
