Embedding JotForm form to Wordpress

6-  I downloaded and installed the JotForms Embed Forms WordPress Plugin and it doesn't seem to work. When I try to activate it, I get a fatal error as follows:  "Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class JotFormWPEmbed in /home1/pianotun/public_html/school/wp-content/plugins/embed-form/jotform-wp-embed.php on line 12"   I was able to work around this by using the other WP Plugin you have available - Form Generator for Wordpress.  However, if the other plugin is deprecated or whatever, you might want to remove it.
