Id like to submit my form and send via email but I was hoping they could click on the agreement in the email. Can you show me how to do that?

    Thank you

    Hi,

How Can I Add My Form to An Email?

As I understand, you want to send email with the form embedded on it right?

You will need to create a HTML email and then embed the form source code on the body in order to do that. As you can see it is possible, but it is not recommended. It is because most email providers will block that email. The problem is that most email clients (Outlook, Thunderbird etc.) does not support or limited in supporting HTML and scripts. There is a higher chance that you will encounter a problem sending it. Your receiver will also encounter an issue wherein the form would be blank, spam or it could be tagged as malicious email.

We strongly recommend sharing the form URL instead.

Here's a guide on How to Send Email or Share the Form URL

    1. On the Form Editor, go to "Setup & Embed" then click the "Embed Form" button.

    2. Click "Email" button under Other Platforms. (You can also copy the direct link)

    3. The send invitation wizard will appear.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thank you.

I'm not sure if I understand what you want here. Are you talking about the email notifications, wherein you will receive an email when someone fills up your form?

You can use the Terms & Conditions widget. Here's a guide on How to Add Widget to your Form

    Thanks!

    Hi Noreen,

I would suggest following the steps given by my colleague Jan above again http://www.jotform.com/answers/464534#464558

Following them you would be able to send the email notification with the link to your jotform for people to click on them and reply back with the submission.

If you do however have issues following the steps do let us know what part you are not sure of/gives you trouble and we would be glad to give you more details on how to do it.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

BenAppreciate the feedback. Ive spent alot of time on this and I cant get it to work.Ive taken the steps outlined and although it says email sent successfully, the email does not appear
I really need to get this functionalkity to work and I wanted to have full integration with payment with paypal as well. For now Im running out of tiime I'll send a PDF and ask them to scan and email me back the agreement. Ive taken out the submit button etc.
Thanks for whatever support you can provide. I will need to talk to someone or have someone check out my account and see if they can help troubleshoot.
if not I'll look into another service since this is a critical part of my new business. I need to provide the ability for poeople to sign agreements and submit payments.I do not yet have a website

    Hi Noreen,

OK. I understand now. You were able to follow the steps and you got the confirmation of the email being sent with success, but you have not received it - I presume that you have used your email address here.

Now, what I would like you to do is check your spam, trash and bulk folders to see if the email went there by accident or not. If you are using an email client then please check the same folders in your email client and the webmail account as either of the two can be blocking it and have it in its own folders.

I would also suggest taking a look here: Whitelisting JotMails IP Addresses

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi Noreen,

OK. Taking a look on things from our side, it seems that the email was sent:

    ---------------------------

    Hi,
Please click on the link below to complete this form.
    https://secure.jotform.us/form/43283984130153

    Thank you!

That was sent to your own email address.

Could you however try using another email address - one not associated with the jotform account?

    Best Regards,
    Ben
