Form does not show that it is integrated with Dropbox.

    I have tried several times to integrate Dropbox and Jotform.

    My Dropbox account shows that they are linked, however my Jotform account does not.

    Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

    Hello rleseberg,

    I did check all your forms and none of them seems to be integrated with dropbox yet. I am not sure why you are unable to integrate. 

    I did clone one of your form and I was able to integrate it with my dropbox account. Please check the screenshot below:

    Do you see any error message when you try to integrate your form with dropbox? If the integration was successful, the integration window will display that it is integrated. 

    I would suggest you to use chrome browser and see if that solves your problem. You may also like to clear your browser cache as well. The following guide should help you clear browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
