What is the cause for incomplete payments

When the submit button is clicked, we hold that submission and put it in the incomplete payments section until the actual payment was made.

Payments are usually processed in an hour or less. If you find a submission sitting in the incomplete payments section for longer than that, that means your user has abandoned the payment page.
