QuizForm showing answers as incorrect

Good afternoon, I really am trying my best to fix this but I ran into another snag.  I made the changes you requested but still when I click submit all the answers are showing as incorrect.  The total is correct on the form but when the form is submitted, the answers are all showing incorrect.

I see that you are using Quiz Form App to calculate results for the form and to display which doesn't seem to be working.

I've tried cloning your JotForm to my account and integrated with quiz form to see if there is any issue in calculating. However, I didn't see any issue with Quiz Form App.

Could you try checking the answers selected on the Quiz Form app and save it again? You can also check our video guide on how to use Quiz Form app for reference. Hope this information helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.
