Order Forms without payment?

I would like to create an order form for uniforms, which i see you can do easily using the payment tools.  The issue I have is that I don't require any actual payment at the time that the form is being submitted - all i require is the information in regards to what uniform items they would like, what size and how many they would like, so that i can order at a later date.  Is there anyway of having the order form (multiple choices with multiple options?) on my form without having the payment option??

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can add "Purchase Order" question in your form which has all feature of a payment question but it will not process the payment. Please check the screenshot below:
