Some times people dont just click on the final button to submit the form, but they double click. If so, Jotform will submit the form twice. This is not a big issue as I can see that the same form was submited by the same person in almost the same second, so is clear that's a duplicate from the double click.

But, can you just set everything so that when people double click on the button jotform will submit the form just once?

    Hi,

Is this the jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43251687170960 you are having issue with?

As far as I know, you cannot double click the submit button. Because on 1st click, it becomes immediately disabled.

I tried doing a double-click action on your jotform http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43251687170960 but I could not do it so far.

It is possible that the duplicate submission you see that was only a second apart was not due to double-click action. It is more highly possible to be a browser cache issue on the side of the user who submitted the form.

It is also possible to just hit the browser "Back" button, and immediately submit the form again with all the same data.

Were you able to double click on the submit button of the form using its URL http://www.jotformpro.com/form/43251687170960 ?

Or was it embedded on a website? Please share to us also the URL of the website so we can also do testing.

We will wait for your updated response.

    Thanks.
