I upgraded my account but it still says as free account.

    A few weeks ago, we created a form and our users hit the 100 MB limit, so I paid the $9.95 for the monthly account to keep the form working. However, I logged into my account (Email: info@arcc.net) and it still says we have the "Free" account. Can you check into this please? I really need the form to keep working if possible. Thanks so much,

    Hello Jon,

    I was able to trace a payment from you with order #INT141129-3113-13313. This payment was received today, just few hours ago. It seems you were not logged in to your account while making the subscription payment.

    I have taken care your account issues and upgraded your account to premium monthly subscription. Please sign out from your account and then sign in again for the changes to reflect.

    Is there any other payment as well which you sent a few weeks ago?
