I'm trying to customize one of the form templatesand once I added a couple 'check boxes and 'radio buttons, I don't get the data info.

I also tried to add an 'ERROR REDIRET" to no avail.

And the other thing I added was a 'THANK YOU" redirect to another web site.

I'm not sure if I understand your concern correctly.

Are you having problems on not getting info when the form is submitted?

Or are you referring to not having a proper redirect of the form after clicking submit? These links might be of a help: Setting up a Thank You Page and Create a custom thank you page redirect. 

If you have made changes to your form, it should reflect to your website if you have properly embedded it, we have a guide here: Which embed form code should I use?
