My clients are not able to see the embedded form on Facebook fanpage

i set up a form and know my clients are not able to see it

is give me the first page and the next one is empty

i go to the form in the jotform.com and is good

i don't understand

help me up is urgent!!!!

The form is working fine upon checking it here in my location. It's the Contact Us tab: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Organic-Food-Express/648325221948249?sk=app_684336108254110, right?

As far as I could see, the form is embedded using our Secure URL method which is our recommended method when adding a form to Facebook pages.

Ask your client to refresh their browser and/or clear their browser caches.
