I can't view my form in Adobe Muse and even Safari Browser

I have try to embed the code into the Muse site, last few days it can work but it failed since yesterday. I have a programmer away from my office help me to link up through the Cpanel. But over my computer side still cannot view it. Do you know what is the problem?

I think outside my office area like in KL people can view it office.

I have try your method in all my computers and method. Seems, we still can't preview jot form, But google and youtubr embed is not any problem, will it be your server support problem?

I have try all your code which some of them can preview in the Muse but only source code and pop up is able to get the view. I don't know what wrong with it.

And we try outside the office then it can view at my client side but we can't see the embed link in our studio. What will be the issue happen here, this I'm talking about current website www.onepagedesign.biz.

I saw your form here: http://onepagedesign.biz/creative-brief-form.html. It's visible, as you could see it.  Well, I think it's not visible because the page is not yet published. What you saw is the frame of the embedded form. Access the given page and let me know if you can't see the form.
