I need further assistance on another issue.
So I have created a form using my account below 'annakana' but later discovered that my company already has a paid account. I am trying to clone the form I had created in my free account onto the paid account to avoid having to build it from scratch. But I keep getting the following error message:
I have tried adding www. after http:// and it didn't work.
Can you please help? The form I am trying to clone is: http://form.jotform.co/form/43366382077864 and I am trying to clone it into the 'sdroinfo' account.
    Thanks,
    Anna

    Hello annakana,

I did check your account "annakana" and found that your privacy settings does not allow your form to be cloned by other users. Please disable the privacy and then you should be able to clone your form. Please check the screenshot below on how to enable it:

Alternatively, we can transfer form to your paid account as well. Do let us know and we will do the needful.

You may have to provide us the correct destination account username as "sdroinfo" account does not exists.

    Thank you!

    Hi Ashwin_d
I followed your instructions below and when I tried to clone the form into the sdroinfo account I got the same error message.
I need it transferred into the following site:
    http://forms.sdro.nsw.gov.au/
    username: sdroinfo
If this could be done asap then I'd appreciate it. If not, I'll have to go to the paid account and create the form from scratch. It's not hard, just a bit cumbersome.
Please let me know what the earliest is to complete the transfer.
    I appreciate your quick response.
    Cheers,
    Anna

I was also unable to find the username: sdroinfo
Can you please provide the email address or the URL of a form that is associated with this account? This information will help us to find the account.

    We'll await for your response.
    Thanks.

    Hi,
Here is a link to a form created from the sdroinfo account: http://forms.sdro.nsw.gov.au/form/13551721368
I noticed a few things look very old compared to the functionality I used in my free account (annakana)
Eg: Widgets is known as power tools
Embed form is known as share form
    Can't seem to customise buttons
    etc
    Hope that helps
    Thanks!

    Hello Anna,

That actually seems to be the problem.

The account "sdroinfo" you have created is in licensed self hosted version and not online version of JotForm. That is the reason why you see the difference in the editor. JotForm's online and licensed version will never be same.

Though you can still clone the form with its direct URL but all the formatting of your form will not be cloned. You will have to further customize it in "sdroinfo" account to match the look of your form.

    Hope this answers your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hi,
THanks for your reply. I managed to create the same form in the self hosted account.
However, the biggest problem I am facing right now is I can't add a unique ID to the forms. Is there any plans to update the features in self hosted accounts to include this functionality?
    Cheers,
    Anna

    Hello Anna,

As mentioned earlier, the self hosted and online versions will never be the same. The widgets are not part of the licensing version and as far as I know the features of online version will not be added to licensed version.

    Hope this answer your query.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!
