no lists show up in the drop down when integrating constant contact

Hello chandlerbaseball,
I did check your form "Chandler Baseball" and found that you have successfully integrated your form with Constant Contact. You have also mapped your form fields as well. Please check the screenshot below:
If you mean to say that you are unable to map your other fields, then you need to ensure that your "Constant Contact" list has those fields. You also need to ensure that the field type of your form should also match with the field type of your constant contact list as well. Example : email and full name field of your form should be mapped with the similar field type.
