No email alert if payment is not made

Hi, so my problem is:

I do not get email alert if form is submitted but payment is not made.

I do not see the submission without payment on main dashboard. I have to go 3 levels deep to see the submissions without payment.

I would like to see all submissions normally, whether payment was made or not.

I would like to get email alert when form is submitted, whether payment was made or not.

Please let me know what to do. Looking to subscribe today.
