How to test a Stripe form

I created a form called "I want the holiday special" to put in the sidebar of our blog.  I tried to integrate stripe into the form but every time I try to test a payment with the testing number I got when I integrated stripe into the form it comes back with a payment error.  I used the Stripe setup wizard when integrating into my form and used the Stripe API keys. On Stripes end my account appears to be live with no issues. I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing wrong and would appreciate any help.

To test the Stripe integrated form, please try using Test Stripe Keys and Test Stripe Card Numbers.

I have tried my test keys on a cloned version of your form, and it worked well.
