SSL and sharing files

Hi there, I wanted to say first of all how much I love your service. I created my form and I am ready to sign up for a paid account. My concern is security. It says on your site that with a paid subscription you get SSL forms. When I subscribe, will my form automatically become SSL? See the link below for my form.

My second question is - I want my clients to have access to the documents they have submitted. Is there a way they can login through my website to see those documents. If so, how can I perform this function? Is this what is meant by sub-user account? We will need to update documents and save them back on your server so clients can then download them. Please send me instructions if I can perform this myself.
