Have a premium account but received over quota message.

    Hi,

    this form is informed 'over quota' to my users http://www.jotformeu.com/form/43321880894360

    it is my understanding my account is on premium plan. 

    Could you kindly check and let me know?

    Hello Virage8,

    Yes your account "Virage8" is a premium account and currently in good shape. The form "#43321880894360" is not in your account but it is associated with a guest account. This type of account is created when you do not sign in to your account and start building forms. 

    I have taken care of this issue and moved this form to your account. You should not have over quota issue anymore.
