Pay Jotform subscription by Paypal without the need to link a debit/credit card

when I try to upgrade, and pay via Paypal, i cannot get past a message asking me to link up a credit card. I do not wish to do that, but pay directly from my Paypal accout, wich has more than enough credit on it.

What is the problem? Can you help?

Hi Gi,

Unfortunately, Paypal will require you to add a debit/credit card in order to make an instant payment. That is part of their policy. You also need to link one to increase and/or remove your sending limits.

It's not a setting that Jotform can change. It's one of the steps that Paypal does for verification. Even if your default funding method is your Paypal Account Balance, Paypal will still require you to add a card. Your transactions are limited without linking a card.
