I am a premium account holder. I want to add two different tabs on one facebook page. But it's not allowing me too.

    Hi,

You can try, but at this moment I do not believe that it is possible, no matter what your plan is since all features are available to all plans.

You can take a look at the guide for adding to Facebook here: How to embed jotform on Facebook Pages and How to embed jotform on Facebook Custom iFrame App.

Could you please give us a bit more details on what you would like to achieve so we might suggest an alternative instead?

In case you are used to responding through email, I would advise to come to this thread instead as at the moment our maintenance team is working on a part of our system, which could lead to us not receiving your response sent over email. This is the link to your thread: http://www.jotform.com/answers/489532

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi,

I just wanted to update you with a guide. It might help you to achieve what you are after by placing 2 jotforms embed codes one after another, although the first two guides I the recommended ones for adding jotforms to Facebook.

Do let us know how it goes.

    Hello,

Thank you for the response. We have already created a complaint tab on our official facebook page. Now we are creating a Join In tab to generate sales. Potential customers who want our service can fill the form and then we will have their data to call them back and confirm the sale.

But when im going to the embed on fb option, my page is not available. May be because i already have one form embed on that page. Why don't you guys make the option available? Going through the iframe option is very confusing. Atleast 2 tabs on one page should be an option for premium account holders.

Moreover, what is sub user account then?

    Hi,

All of our features are available to free and paid members equally and as soon as it becomes possible we will let you know about it through this thread.

To get notified about it I will now raise this to our developers so that they can inspect it and as mentioned notify you about it if it gets available.

In regards to your question about the sub-user account I have created a new thread since we can only provide assistance to one question per thread. I have moved your question here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/490330 and we will be responding to it shortly.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

We opened a feature request about this. But, for now, maybe you can include the second page like this:
