    Hi,

    Can you please confirm if you are looking to have your account terminated?

    We ask for confirmation since all of the jotforms and data associated with them would be removed instantly after your account gets removed and there would be no option to restore it back.

    If you continue to be on the free plan however you will not be charged any monthly fees, while in the same time you will keep your jotforms and data.

    In case you are used to responding through email, I would advise to come to this thread instead as at the moment our maintenance team is working on a part of our system, which could lead to us not receiving your response sent over email.
