Could you please provide more information about how do you want to link them? Do you want to send your submitters to a second form once they've filled the first one? If this is correct, you can use POST data or prepopulated fields to do so.

If you want to compare the data captured in 2 forms then you can use our combine submmisions app to export/group the data you want to analyze into a CSV file.

    Hope this helps.

If you need further assistance, please let us know.
    Thanks.

    Dear Raul,
As I could not find the "language" button in the "setup" tab now, I
cannot link two forms in different languages together for the user to
choose between English / Chinese. Please help.
It's not about comparing the data nor asking the submitters to fill a
    second form.
    Best regards,
    Nancy

Hello Nancy, first of all my apologies for this delayed response, our email fetcher had some replies on queue so they were posted until today.

I see you wanted to set your form up with multilingual feature, as explained on this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/298-How-to-make-your-forms-multilingual

However, you are right, the screenshot needed to be updated, since our Toolbar has changed. So, here is how you can find the Languages settings:
