Hello, I want to look at my incomplete submissions, but when I click on them, they do not appear, can you tell me why?

Hi,
I took a look at your website and could not find any jotforms on there.
Can you please give us the link to the jotform that you are experiencing these issues with?
Also, I presume that you mean incomplete payments, not incomplete submissions, but would just like to confirm?
If so if the payment is not in the incomplete payments, then it is was processed and saved with the rest of the submissions instead.
Best Regards,

Hi Ben,
The form is contained in a link on our main page under workshops REGISTER NOW or something like that. But it’s not the form I’m having issues with, it’s the actual incomplete payments list that says there are “4” in the little icon (and they do call it incomplete submissions in the software!), indicating a list of 4 incomplete payments. Usually when I click on it, the list shows up and I can delete or complete the submission/payment. But today instead, just an empty box shows up, so I can’t contact the person with the incomplete to see if they wish to send a cheque (which is our alternative payment method).
Any ideas why it won’t show up?
Thanks!!
Best, Susan

My mistake, yes it's under incomplete payments!!! (Under submissions) ... sorry!!!

And they can't be processed, as it's showing the number 4 as though there are 4 in the list of incompletes ... ??? But none show. I do understand if they were processed of course there would be nothing there. But then I would expect the number to show 0 instead of 4.
Thanks for any help you can give. I just don't want to miss out on 4 people that may be interested but are sending cheques instead of paying online.
Thanks!!!

Hi Susan,

Yes, I understand, it just helps us to see which jotform you are having this issue with so that we can take a closer look at the issue. Going to the page I saw that it is holding a js embedded jotform with the ID 31905032718854.
My mistake, yes it's under incomplete payments
Not a problem at all, I just wanted to be sure that I am providing you with the right answer. Feel free to reference to them with any of the two :)
Now looking at it I see that you are shown the 4 number, but clicking on it I was able to see the submissions that ended up in there as well.
I have removed the entries for privacy reasons.
Now the reason why this happened is most likely because of the browser cache, so this is what I would suggest.
Try clearing your browser cache: 15 Ways to Clear Your Browser's Cache - wikiHow
Also just in case you can also try other browsers (FireFox or Chrome).
Do let us know how it goes.

Okay, 'll try that ... I'm at my other job today and can see the four entries, and have added the two "new" people to the list!!
all best wishes,
Susan

Hi Susan,
OK, great. The issue is then with the browsers cache, so once you get back to the other PC my suggestion is to clear it as mentioned in my previous response.
Do let us know if you have any further questions and we would be happy to assist.
Best Regards,
Ben -

Hi Ben,
I have the same issue again, there is one incomplete payment indicated with a "1" in a circle but when I open the incomplete payment icon, it is blank.
I then cleared my browser cache and tried again, still blank. I then shut down my browser and reopened it and tried again, still blank.
If it's not the browser cache, what else could it be?
best, Susan

Hi Susan,
Please make sure that when you clear cache your selected options are as follows:
Chrome (and other webkit based browsers such as Iron)
FireFox
The key points would be to clear "Everything" or "the beginning of time" and not just recent time, while the options shown on the images are the minimal recommended, so that your passwords and search and download history remain as they are.
Do let us know how it goes.
Best Regards,
Ben
