I did not expect to be billed. Have not used and have no intent to use premium

    Hello theorand,

    You did upgrade your account on December 28, 2014 to premium yearly subscription and that is why you were billed. 

    It seems you have already cancelled your subscription #INT141228-4694-70198S. I have gone ahead and processed the refund for order #INT141228-4694-78187. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    I have also downgraded your account to free plan as well.
