I got an email that I have reached limits of my account

I've received an email that includes this line: Free accounts are limited to 10 SSL submissions per month.

Please explain. I was under the impression that I was allowed 100 submissions per month, so I rolled out an application form this way, knowing I would not have that many submissions. Now I'm stuck with it saying it will close the form tomorrow.

I am a high school yearbook adviser. There is no way I can complete payment for a paid account by tomorrow. Is there an extension and any kind of educational discount I can get?

    Thanks,

    Karen Johnson

    Hi Karen,

The reason why you got an email is because you have reached the limit of 10 secure submissions, which is set for free and guest accounts. The limit of 100 submissions is for non-secure submissions only.

Our pricing page is missing this info now because of the extended sale promo, otherwise this info is shown.

I have now reset your SSL submissions because of that which will give you time to re-embed the jotforms with the non secure link, or to purchase a plan that is most suitable for your needs.

To get the non-secure code / link, you should follow these steps, but at the end, make sure that the checkbox is not selected.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
