Can I share a submitted form with other people so they can add more information to it?

I'd like to use the tool to administer the performance evaluation form templates which allows employees to complete the form, then submit it on to their managers to add input before submitting it back to the system.  I haven't been able to find anything that would allow for more than one person to complete the same form.

If this is not possible, it it possible for me (as the account holder) to forward a completed form to someone else for additional completion?

On this scenario, you would need to create a notifier that should be sent to the managers in order to provide them with the access to edit the submitted form.
