We are a non-profit arts organization that offers monthly workshops. I have added jot forms to our website so people can register for these workshop and pay through paypal. I have people calling all the time saying that it's not working and that it won't go through. I'm unsure how to troubleshoot this problem. The link below has our programs and you can see the forms when you click on 'register here' for each workshop.

    Hi,

Upon checking your form, I made a couple of test submissions, I was then redirected to PayPal for payments. Here are the two redirect that I got:

If it is possible, can you ask your users what browsers they are using and if they are getting any error messages? I would also recommend that you try it in your end to see what forms might be having problems.

Also, upon inspecting your website, I see there are some script problems, specifically, it seems that the iframe of the form is embedded inside another iframe. Here's the screenshot of the error:

I would recommend that you ask your website developer to fix this error so that it won't cause a conflict with the embedded form code.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you.
