Not able to view form submissions in my account.

    Hi there,

     

    I currently have a form entitled, New Dance Cinema.  I have been using it for a couple of months now without difficulty.  For some reason, I just discovered that it won't open. When I click on it nothing happens.  I did realize a few days ago that the actual form wouldn't open on my website and so I changed the format a bit to get it back up.  It appeared that you were updating some of the layouts and that they weren't quite finished so I am wondering if that is what's happening now.  Any insight you could give would be much appreciated as I will need to view these submissions urgently.

    Hello AC,

    I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you mean to say that you are unable to view submissions of your form?

    I did check your account and did not find any issue with that. You should be able to view your form's submission without any problem. I did try to go to your form's submission page and did not have any trouble. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to clear your browser cache and see if that solves your problem. The following guide should help you in clearing browser cache:  http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache
