How to have the Full Address field output as separate fields

The only other question about this form I had for now is if there is a way to have the address fields output as separate fields (since I will be pushing to a database using an API) even though they are one field in the form.

    Hi kimg10,

Thank you for contacting us for support. I am more than happy to help out. If I understood you correctly, you would like to get content from each of the address fields separately instead of a full address.

I would recommend following these guides. They will outline the procedures need to get this done.

How to Strip Headers from Postal Addresses in Email Alerts

Do let us know if additional assistance is needed.

    Cheers!

    Sean,

I believe you misunderstood my question.  I am not trying to take items out of the address.  What I am trying to do is separate them to different fields.  For example:  I am trying to take data from this form and import to a database.  Within the database there are separate fields for Street Address, City, Zip, etc...  So, I do need to capture all the fields in the form but need to have them export separately.

    Thanks.

    Hi kimg10,

Sorry for my misinterpretation of your main concern. I did further checks on your issue and I have come to realize that there are no procedures in place to break down the Quick Tools address field.

I have checked both the widgets and apps aspects of Jotform and I was not able to locate any add-ons that could aid in this procedure. I am afraid you would have to resort to using individual text boxes to gather the same information as the full address field. This will also you to grab each of the information provided and push them to your database the same way you do with the other fields on your form. I hope this answers your question. Feel free to contact us if further support is needed.

    Cheers!
