Form Tabs Widget is not showing on the form

    We are experiencing the same problem: some applications who previously shown the Form tabs are currently not showing them anymore:

    Hello,

    I saw that the tab titles were not listed properly. It should be separated by lines, with or without commas. Please check this screenshot:
