Unable to map fields using Salesforce Integration

    I am trying to map a form to our salesforce account (which I have done before.) However, once I get to the screen where I choose where I want to route the form to, I choose "Lead" and then it never progresses from there to the mapping screen. I have left the screen for 10 minutes, and it stil has not connected. Any idea what the problem could be?

    Could you please try to clear your browser's cache? I've also cleared your form's cache to see if it helps.
